- Criterion: 9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a text alternative that serves the equivalent purpose;
- Criterion: 9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure or correlations conveyed by the presentation of the pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available via text);
- Criterion: 9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images of text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, with the exceptions provided for in the regulations (e.g. logos);
- Criterion: 9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with respect to adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1;
- Criterion: 9.2.4.1 – A mechanism is not available to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple web pages;
- Criterion: 9.2.4.3 – In some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and in which the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functioning, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in such an order as to preserve their meaning and operation;
- Criterion: 9.2.4.7 – Some keyboard operable user interfaces have a mode of operation where the keyboard focus indicator is not visible;
- Criterion: 9.3.3.2 – In some cases no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user input actions;
- Criterion: 9.4.1.2 – In some cases the user interface components (including: form elements, links and components generated by scripts…), name, role, states, properties and values are incorrect or set or not alerted you and your assistive technologies when they change;
- Criterion: 9.4.1.3 – In some cases status messages are not presented to the user so that assistive technologies interpret them without having to move the focus.
